Standard delivery within Singapore is free on every order and arrives in 3-5 business days. Next Day Delivery is available as a paid upgrade at S$10: order before 11:45am and it arrives the next business day.

Your order ships within 1-2 working days of us receiving it, and the estimates above start from dispatch. Tracking is emailed as soon as your parcel ships, and can take up to 48 hours to show as in transit.

Duties and taxes — Any duties, taxes or GST due on import are the customer's responsibility and are collected by the carrier or customs on delivery, in line with the rules of your country. They are not included in our price or shipping fee and are not refundable by us. Leather handbags are not dutiable in Singapore, and shipments of S$400 or less generally qualify for GST import relief.

Returns and exchanges — if an item arrives damaged, incorrect or not as described, email support@musearia.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will repair, exchange or replace it at no cost to you, shipping included. We do not refund for change of mind, but you can exchange an unworn item within 14 days of delivery; return and re-delivery shipping are at your cost. Every bag carries a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Your rights under Singapore's Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act are unaffected.

How does the 90s strap work?
Fully adjustable from 30 cm (under-the-arm fit) to 54 cm (relaxed crossbody). Total length is 118 cm.

What's the difference between vegetable-tanned and chrome-tanned leather?
Vegetable-tanned is the older, more traditional process — slower, more natural, develops a richer patina. We finish ours raw to maximize how it ages.

Why does the bag expand?
The body expands from 4 cm to 9 cm wide depending on what you pack. Slim when light, generous when full.

What's your return policy?
Thailand: free returns within 7 days of delivery. International: returns accepted within 14 days of delivery, with the return shipping cost deducted from your refund.
