Where do we ship?
This store ships within Singapore from our atelier in Bangkok, Thailand. Orders within Thailand are served by musearia.com, and every other country by global.musearia.com.

How much does shipping cost?
Standard delivery within Singapore is free on every order, with no minimum spend. Next Day Delivery is available as a paid upgrade at S$10. The options available for your address are confirmed at checkout.

When will my order ship?
Your order ships within 1-2 working days of us receiving it. For Next Day Delivery, order before 11:45am.

How long will delivery take?
From dispatch, standard delivery arrives in Singapore in 3 to 5 business days and Next Day Delivery arrives the next business day. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates.

How can I track my order?
A confirmation email is sent as soon as you place your order, and tracking details follow by email as soon as your parcel ships. It can take up to 48 hours for a parcel to show as in transit.

Duties and taxes
Any duties, taxes or GST due on import are the customer's responsibility. They are charged by the authorities in your country, collected by the carrier or customs on delivery, and are not included in our product price or shipping fee. They are not charged by us and are not refundable by us.

For reference, leather handbags are not dutiable goods in Singapore, and shipments valued at S$400 or less including insurance and freight generally qualify for GST import relief. Above S$400, Singapore GST at the prevailing rate, currently 9%, is normally collected on import. These thresholds and rates are set by the Singapore authorities and may change.
