RETURNS

Our promise
Every Muse Aria piece is inspected by hand before it ships. If something is not right with your order, we will make it right.

Incorrect, damaged or defective items

Please inspect your order on delivery. If you received the wrong item, or your item arrived damaged, defective or not as described, email support@musearia.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs. We will arrange a repair, an exchange or a replacement at no cost to you, return shipping included. Where none of those is possible within a reasonable time, we will refund you.

Change of mind

We do not refund for change of mind. To exchange an unworn item for a different style or colour, contact us within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. For change-of-mind exchanges, return shipping to Thailand and re-delivery to Singapore are the responsibility of the customer.

Before you send anything back

Please request a return first — items sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted. We recommend a registered or traceable service, as we are not able to accept responsibility for return parcels lost in transit. Returns remain your responsibility until they reach us.

Duties and taxes

Any duties, taxes or GST due on import are the customer’s responsibility, collected by the carrier or customs on delivery in line with the rules of your country. They are not charged by us and cannot be refunded by us.

Refunds

Where a refund is due, we notify you once we have received and inspected the item. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method in Singapore dollars within 3-7 business days of approval; your bank may take a few days more to post it.

Warranty

All Muse Aria bags carry a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and craftsmanship. Defects arising within the first 3 months are repaired or exchanged free of charge. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or damage from attempted self-repair.

Your rights under Singapore law

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights. Under Part 3 of the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act 2003, often called the Lemon Law, goods sold to you must conform to the contract. If they do not, you may require us to repair or replace them, and where that is not possible or is not done within a reasonable time, you may seek a reduction in price or cancel the contract. These rights apply in addition to everything above. If we cannot resolve a matter directly, you may contact the Consumers Association of Singapore (CASE).
